On insertion of a chart for a table containing visible and/or hidden sections
doesn't work at all or doesn't work correctly.
It doesn't work, if the first/last table cell contains as its first content a
hidden section.
It doesn't work correctly, if a table cell contains as its first content a section.

Some re-work needed to handle this correctly.
