A trace from Netbeans out was found to go through the upstream server fine (beryllium) but then to circulate in one of the abovenet routers on it's path back to you. Ops personnel are on this problem to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you Kat

Stefan, Our provider experienced routing issues yesterday but has notified their customers that they have performed an upgrade of the affected routers.
