A trace from Netbeans out was found to go through the upstream server
fine (beryllium) but then to circulate in one of the abovenet routers
on
it's path back to you. Ops personnel are on this problem to resolve it
as quickly as possible.

Hi,

Our network engineer has made some changes and the site should be
reachable now from Germany. He was able to traceroute to: 
14  cisco-4000-3.stardiv.de (62.156.160.61)  156.117 ms  155.969 ms 
155.980 ms

Could you please test your connection to the site?

Please note that networking to our hosting center at AboveNet (including 
NetBeans.org) was down for a time this morning (apparently less than 1/2 
hour).  We failed over to our alternate networking and all sites are 
functioning once again.

In the very near future, our alternate networking will be up at all 
times so that this kind of situation will not occur again.

Our provider experienced routing issues yesterday but has notified
their customers that they have performed an upgrade of the affected
routers. As Taska mentioned, in the very near future, our alternate
networking will be up at all times so that this kind of situation will
not occur again.
