OOo help texts (often) don't indicate the component it is referring to (Writer,
Spreadsheet, etc.) and can be misleading.

For instance, I looked up "text direction" for help with changing the text
direction/orientation for Writer table cells. The page I found in Help did not
indicate what component it was for and is apparently a Spreadsheet command and
not available for Writer (another RFE).

changed subcomponent to "Online help" because "Help" is quoted. However, cannot
find the page that contains this error. Please specify how and where you found this.
