Description magrawal 2003-10-29 22:34:28 UTC
In the attached documents, if you observe cell C1 in the Calc spreadsheet, it
has a textbox anchored there. What I was trying to do was to drag and drop cell
contents from the attached word document to cells in the Calc spreadsheet. The
result however, is not what I wanted. I would have liked for the text from the
Word table to be entered into an existing cell, as in column D of the
spreadsheet. To get the final result as in Column D, I used copy and paste
instead of drag and drop.

Hi,

using OOo Writer to display the word doc, a d&d will re-create the
tablecell in Calc as they look in the doc. So this should be an
enhancement in the detection of the clipboard content.
