When opening a RTF file the bookmarks are ignored by the filter, making the 
hyperlinks point to inexistent fields. If, afterward, the bookmarks are created 
manualy the hyperlinks work.

Enhancement request:
Make the filter parse flags in the form:
"{\*\bkmkstart bookmark_name} bookmarked text {\*\bkmkend bookmark_name}"

and create the bookmarks.

As far as I know is the work on this feature in progress...
