To allow the setup of crash report server backends that are not based on Apache
servers the SOAP server path has to be configurable.

JA->HRO: I changed bootstraprc to include
ErrorReportSoap=/soap/servlet/rpcrouter and sent an error report (this reaches
the backend) then I changed the path into /soap/servlet/blafasel and send again
an error report. In this case it should have failed but it worked.

Because of limited resources we have to re-target this issue to the next
release. => set to OOo 2.0.1
