Description Unknown 2003-10-28 17:18:36 UTC
I looked and couldn't find a similar bug. I hope that I'm not being redundant.

Anyway, when highlighting text in Acrobat from a PDF made with OO 1.1, the
pasted text seems to no include the lowercase "r"s. I'm not sure why the letter
r appears as blank space. I've reproduced this only on Windows versions of
Acrobat including 4.x and 6.0. It happened on 2000/XP and ME versions of
Windows. (I would assume the same happens on NT 4.0 and 95/98.)

It is very minor and I'm sure easy to fix.

Thanks for the great work. No more buying MS Office for me.

Sincerely,

David Clements

Please Attach the documents which make this problem, so we can test
it/faster to confirm.
(Without the documents, we cannot confirm the problem easily/need more
time)
Don't forget to cut other part of the documents, so the file size is
small, but we still able to see the problem.

Hmmm... I have tried copying text (w/Acrobat 4.0) from the supposed
problem PDFs on another computer (running NT 4.0) and haven't
experienced the same thing. Happening. Perhaps it was my computer.
I will investigate more later.

Thanks again for the hard work on this wonderful office suite.

Hi adcprod,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice...
...and we even try to become better... :)

Since we didn't hear anything from you for a long time and since it works here on
Solaris I assume it was something with your computer or something...

set to worksforme...
