Font colors are not displayed, except when the cell is selected, if the 
Tools>Options>Spreadsheet>View>Show values (names may be different; we have 
the it version) is selected.

Hi,

this is not a bug.

It's the value highlighting feature of Calc. Green will show formula
results, Blue are numbers and black is text. You can switch it of
under tools options. If you need it press CTRL+F8 to togle between the
state on/off.
