in svx/source/form, there are a lot localized of resource strings which describe
the UI names of (form/control) properties. These strings are also present in
extensions/source/propctrlr. In SVX, they're used for creating the the
descriptional text for an UNDO-action, in extensions, they're used in the
property browser.

The strings in SVX are a relict from the time when the property browser was
implemented in SVX, too, and have been duplicated when the browser was moved to
the extensions project. We should remove the duplicates, e.g. by the extensions
project providing an UNO service for retrieving the localized display names for
property names.
