When I try to execute the setup for OOo 1.1, it flashes for a split second, 
then nothing- it doesn't begin the setup at all.  I took the exact steps 
recommended in the readme file too.  Has this happened to anyone else?  And if 
so, is there a fix for it?

atr -> dbtunes: Hi, I can't reproduce this issue. Where do you get the
downloaded file? If it's possible that your file is corrupt? Please
try a download from a different mirror.
