MASM is not found anymore where it was once.

As mentioned in http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?
msgId=652640&listName=dev you can get MASM now from 

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/downloads/tools/ppack/default.aspx

So, http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows.html needs a little fix.

And when you install it you will break your build, as you can read here:
