I want to be able to choose whetever I want to zoom the header/footer lines when I scale a 
table to fit one page for printing. Example: 
 
- Scale to 50%: 
	- Text size within the table: 11pt -> readable 
	- Text size within the header/footer: 8pt -> not readable

Hi,

I think this is related to Issue 4698.

So I set this one as double to it.

If this is not a double to 4698, re-open this Issue and add a more
precise description of the problem.
