Description of the Modules at
http://tools.openoffice.org/modules.html
many of the modules is without description. I hope we can have the description.
Thanks

removing "easy2dev" keyword, formerly known as "todo". This issue definately
never deserved it.
Comment 2 Frank Schönheit 2004-07-26 14:09:18 UTC
While I was there, I updated the descriptions for connectivity, dbaccess, forms,
unotools, and comphelper. Perhaps the best way for this issue to resolve is that
everybody who knows a little piece contributes it ...

Ken convinced me that my short explanation was somewhat ... unfortunate.

Okay, here goes the long version:

In my opinion this issue does not deserve the "easy2dev" keyword because:

According to "http://www.openoffice.org/issues/describekeywords.cgi"
(which has been updated by Martin Hollmichel after the recent discussion
in dev@ooo), "easy2dev" is a "doable step in for new volunteers to the
project".

I claim that this is not the case for issue 21220. I doubt that we can find
much people who could fill http://tools.openoffice.org/modules.html with
reasonable content, so I think that for somebody new to the project,
this is no doable task.

In agreement with Ken, I set the target which reflects that help is wanted.

Reassign issue to owner of selected subcomponent.

There has been a similar article started in the Wiki:

Comment 5 Martin Hollmichel 2007-06-26 14:44:26 UTC
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Source_code_directories is now the
source for the list of modules.
Comment 6 Martin Hollmichel 2007-06-28 05:51:04 UTC
close issue.
