I created a new presentation. When I slected anything, or I selected a menu (= I
didi anything), OOo crashed.

please try to repair your installation, it look like your installation
have problem. 

do you have crash problem only with presentation or all ?

I can't reproduce the bug.
Utomo99 is right. Please repair your OOo or install it again.
If the crash still occures please send the crashreport and write the
title of the crashreport in this issue to find the corresponding report.
