Create a graphic with a text
Select the graphic (incl. the text)
Export is as EPS (color or grey doesn't matter)
View exported EPS with gs or print it out: all OK

Select the graphic once again (incl. the text)
Export it as EPS again, e.g. overwrite the existing file you did before.
View exported EPS with gs or print it out: font of text is decreased (e.g. 1% of
its size, no longer readable; the space between the letters remain the same,
just the letter size is far too small).
