On Spreadsheet, if you go to Tools - Configure - Toolbar Tab, and click
Customize, then open Edit (one of the Available buttons), you will find "Delete
Rows".

Japanese description for "Delete Rows" says "Delete Columns."

A screenshot will be attached.

A patch to correct this problem will be also attached.
