Hello,
1/ how can I decrease the load time for "word" application ?
2/ Is it possible to load "word" application automatically at system startup?
3/ How can I create a shortcut to word application?

Hi Emile139,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice...


1)  On my System OpenOffice needs only some seconds to start, I think 
    that's quiet fast :)
3)  use the explorer and go to the programpath of the OpenOffice...
    rightclick "swriter.exe" and drag it to the desktop, drop it...
    out of the context menu choose (something like) "create shortcut"
2)  search the autostart folder and create a shortcut for swriter.exe
    in the autostart folder, too

I hope this helps and is clearly enough since I don't use Windows and
can't help you more...
