Running on Windows NT4 (SP6a) OpenOffice 1.1.0

1. Open Presentation, choose Open Existing Presentation.
2. Choose <<other position>> and navigate to folder containing a Microsoft
Publisher 2000 file.
3. Click on Publisher file and click Open.
4. On Filter Selection page, click Cancel.

Blank window appears with min/max/close buttons but nothing else. not even a
window title.  Have to kill the window ('x' button) and start again.

I can reproduce the bug.
Occures only in the Impress Autopilot
Please have a look.
