have a document (Attached as "a.xls"), created in MS Excel 2000. It is a regular
sheet with some information, formulas and stuff. This sheet is locked. When I
try to open it with OOo (RC5 NATIVE-CZ), I get "Failed to load document -
document is protected with a password" error message (translated from Czech to
English).

the document is not protected by password. it has only a locked sheet and when I
unlock the sheet in MSO (Attached as "b.xls"), OOo opens the document OK.

Hi,

the Priority is much to hifg. Prio 1 means the whole application is
not useable. This is clearly not the case. I changed it.

This is a double to Issue 402 even if it sounds not identical.

Excel is crypting documents with sheet protection so this is a double.
