It is hard to see which cells belong to which regions.

Product Concept
If the user selects a region in Calc the cells that belong to that regions
should be highlighted in a way that makes clear that these cells belong to the
region. This highlighting is different from selection highlighting. Therefore,
the visual style for region highlighting uses double frames, colors or shadows.
