Thought I'd bring your attention to a shortcoming in IssueZilla (which
I'll put up as an Issue, of course!).

When I came across the Find ... Case Sensitivity Issue (#1994) I
thought, surely someone's already reported this. However, 4 searches on
IZ did not uncover any previous incidents ("case senistivity","case
find", etc.). So I filed what turned out to be a duplicate ... the
second one that day.

This is obviously wasting everyone's time. The problem, I think, is
that IZ search interface, which rather complicated and difficult to
operate, especially if you're using an unsupported browser. IZ could do
with a "simple search" which just accepts component and key words, then
searches the titles *and text* of all incidents for, say, the last 3
months (open or closed).
