When loading a document with a page sized table cell the text that is below the
cell borders is invisible. When scrolling passes this cell a beep is emitted.
When  deleting the text above the cell border the text comes visisble by
scolling in the  view area.

Please Attach the documents which make this problem, so we can test
it.  (Without the documents, we cannot confirm the problem easily)
Don't forget to cut other part of the documents, so the file size is
small, but we still able to see the problem.

Don't need a sample document for this... one of the favourite issies
on OOo. See issue #2109 for more information.
DEV is working on it for OO 2.0.
