this one is easy to duplicate...
just open a presentation
hit f12 to go to outline view
ctrl+F12 does not go back to drawing view as the menu 
'view->workspace->drawing view' says it will

Right, this is can be reproduced in a current internal version,too.

I discussed this with CJ and FL and we came to the conclusion that we
will offer Shift+F12 as an alternative both under Windows and the Unixes.
