setup print my glibc version and exit. Exactly the same results as StarOffice 
6.0 beta setup.
My configuration:
kernel: 2.4.12
glibc: 2.2.4 (also tried 2.2.2, 2.2.3)
XFree86: 4.1.0, Matrox G400
