Under some circumstances endnotes that are inserted into a section that is  
configured to collect endnotes at end of section are not placed at the end of 
the section. Rather they appear at the foot of pages preceeding that of the 
end of the section. 
 
This can be 'fixed' by selecting "Collect at end of section" in the footnote 
frame of the Section properties. However in my documents I want the foot notes 
at the bottom of each page and the endnotes at the end of the section.

The endnotes should appear on page 5 under the heading 'Notes'. In 
the attached file endnote 8 appears there; the previous seven appear 
on pages 3 and 4.

@ fme: It doesn't help to uncheck the option "collect at end of section" 
       and check it then again...

       This worked in SO6.0c...

OD (13.10.2003): accepted.
The set attribute 'Keep with next paragraph' at the last paragraph of
the section causes some layout inconsistences - the last paragraph
wants to keep with the empty paragraph following the section.
The excepted layout should be that *all* endnotes are at the end of
the section and that the last paragraph of the section should be on
the same page as the empty paragraph, which follows the section.

Note: This is a sensible area inside the layout engine. We have to
check, if a fix isn't too risky for OOo 1.1.1

cause of defect:
section content isn't formatted, if an endnote was positioned wrong.
defect introduced by another fix earlier - regression

In OO 1.1.1 Footnotes will now be placed correctly. Checked with build srx645m27.
