when launching oo from quickstarter by right mouse click, select text, 
spreadsheet etc .... as the application loads I have no indication of 
progress - no build bar, eggtimer etc

Having used oo for a couple of months, I still find this disconcerting (not 
sure what new users would think) - have I not set it up correctly or is this
the way it is designed to work?

Hi Kevin, be aware this component is only for testcases of OOo
tasktracking system. If the issue is a 'real' one, switch the
component to a corresponding one otherwise close it.

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
