Please do not confuse CSV with XLS. You can open CSV files with other
file extensions than ".csv" by selecting the approptiate filter in the
File-Open dialog. Please select "Text CSV" in the "File Type" listbox.
The reason is that the File-Open dialog tries to open files for all
components of OpenOffice.org. And if it finds a text file (regardless
of its extension), it opens it in the word processor. Exception: You
set the correct filter *or* the file ends in ".csv". And ".xls" is
definitely the wrong extension for CSV files :-)
