The column widths and row heights are not all maintained as before when a spreadsheet saved in 1.0.3.1 as an xls file is opened in 1.1rc4. 
Some columns are narrower  causing "####" to appear and the title row increases dramtically in size almost 10 times.

I would attach an example, but this issue/bug input form no longer has that capability (like it did before).

This happens because of fixing i3006 (difference in cell widths
between Excel and OOoCalc). Therefor the bugdoc was saved with a
"buggy" version and will have a different behaviour in the "fixed"
version. This is not fixable.
