Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 19638
formular based filter does not work
Last modified: 2006-05-31 14:29:06 UTC
data source is a dBase table (code page DOS/OS 850). I have a formular and can browse all entries properly. When I apply a formular based filter, the result set is allways 0 recs. Tested with a number and with a date column. Notices: 1. After entering a date, e.g. 01.03.96, the entry is converted to #01.01.1996# 2. filter on numeric column: e.g. kunr = 10534 never shows data (10534 exists!) kunr >= 10534 doesn't filter at all and shows e.g. kunr 10214 kind regards Stephan

correcting sub component (see http://www.openoffice.org/issues/describecomponents.cgi?component=Database%20access, please), and default owner
CLU: 1. the shown date format (with #) is the SQL format that is used internaly the office - to change this to a userdefined format would cost much work for rather little outcome, but feel free to write an enhancement (in my opinion it is not wrong, even if it is not really nice) 2. i tried it in an oo1.1final and filtering, like you described it, works fine - please change to current version and try it again - if it still works wrong for you, please add a more precisely step by step discription
change subcomponent to 'none'
