Hi dev's...
I don't know if question apply to framework but you can decide...

When I have to print a doc with many pages and I need to print many copies, I 
always have to check the Collate checkbox (Print dialog)...

I think that most of people who want to print many copies from a doc that have 
many pages want that pages goes collated...

And I think that is easy to be implemented...

The proposed enhancement consists in changing just one default option (i.e.,
setting the default for "Collate" to true instead of false).

It is absolutely easy to fix, more natural than the current default and
definitely harmless in the minority of cases where one doesn't want collation
(it is enough to disable the "Collate" checkbox).

So I believe this is a no-brainer; just change it and everybody will be happy
with the change.
