shortcut to Math formula missing from OOo Startmenu folder and from Quickstarter


also the Startmeu folder sports an HTML Document shortcut while the 
quickstarter doesn't. I suggest having no such shortcut in both cases (the HTML 
Editor isn't up to par and isn't distinct enough from a Text Document and it 
get'd too crowded)

We have removed it for this version. Any thoughts to bring it back
next OOo version?

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
