Description firmail 2003-09-14 16:39:44 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1.open ooffice
2.File>New Drawing
3.Draw any 3d object from the toolbar (i.e. a sphere)
4.File>New Drawing
5.Draw any 3d object from the toolbar (i.e. a sphere)
--> the object in step 5 does not appear, although it is there.

additionally:
if I close the document created in step 2 first (clicked discard, not save) and
then (as the last open openoffice document) document from step 4 (again I click
discard, not save to close it). Then when I next start ooffice I am prompted
wheter I want to restore doc Untitled... Even though I choose to discard
everything. If I now choose to restore the doc I see the 3d object from step 5.
Comment 1 firmail 2003-09-14 16:42:14 UTC
If I have a 3d object in doc1 and a 3d object in doc 2 (ooDraw) and
open doc1 it shows all objects, when then opened doc2 the object in
doc2 does not show up.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce this here. Probably this is again a problem
of Open GL. Please try to switch off OpenGL usage under
Tools/options/openoffice.org/view/3dview/use Open GL. If this helps it
is the fault of a badly programmed OpenGL driver of your Graphic card.
Please have a try. Thanks.

You are right: switching off OpenGL does work. It is a faulty driver for my graphics
card.

Sorry to have wasted your time
