Description mjneedles 2003-09-14 03:09:36 UTC
I inserted an OLE Draw object in a sheet, saved the file, then reopened it and
deleted the OLE object, and inserted two graphics from files. In the saved sxc
file, there is still a folder and files related to the OLE object. I deleted
them, fixed the manifest.xml file, re-zipped it and opened it with no errors.
The file size difference is about 7k (100k and 93k). [Draw documents don't take
up much space :)]

Hi MAtt,

I could not reproduce this behaviour. Please attach a document that
shows the problem.

Best regards

Frank

Hope the attachment helps. This is the document I created which
showed me the bug. It contains an Object1 folder, which contains a
Draw object I originally had inserted in Sheet1, but later deleted.
When the file is opened, it does not show the Draw object. I extracted
the zipped file, removed the Object1 folder and fixed the
manifest.xml, rezipped it, and it opened correctly.

This is very odd. I cannot reproduce the behavior now. I've tried
both with Calc and Writer docs, but the result is correct every time.
Maybe it was a fluke, but it did happen. The attached file was not
hand-made!
