I'm using the german version of OOo from the download-file
OOo_1.1rc4_030905_LinuxIntel_install_de.tar.gz on Debian 3.0

PROBLEM:
 When changing the measurement units in the options, all other
 occurences aren't updated.

WORKAROUND:
 Close and reopen the options dialog.(quick fix, still very annoying)


DETAILS(german UI :-#, so my translation in curly brackets '{}'):

1.)start OOo (e.g. ..../soffice)
2.)open the preferences-dialog "Extras"->"Optionen..."{tools->options}.
3.)select "Textdokument"{text-document}, then "Allgemein"{General}
   on the left side 'menu'.
4.)in section "Einstellungen"{settings} change the item
   "Maßeinheit"{measurement unit} to a different value
   (e.g. from "Zoll"{inch} to "Zentimeter"{cm}).
5.)the unit of the item next to it, "Tabulatorenabstand"{tabstop?},
   changes accordingly, *but*:
6.)select "Textdokument"->"Raster"{grid} on the left side menu:
   in section "Auflösung"{resolution} the items "Horizontal" and "Vertikal"
   still show the old measurement unit in their 'value-boxes'.
   Even changing these values does not update the measurement unit!

There may be other items not updated but I didn't go hunt them down yet...

I hope that's not "another &%ðđ duplicate", but my search didn't reveal any
similar issues...
