Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 19393
Spellchecker deletes footnotes
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:43:45 UTC
When correcting a miss-spelled word via the spell checker, a footnote next to the word is deleted. Seems like the footnote is interpreted as part of the miss-spelled word. When right-clicking the miss-spelled word, the footnote index is included in the selection to be replaced. This is also true if the miss-spelled word is followed by a full stop and a footnote. However, with a colon between the miss-spelled word and the footnote, everything is ok.
confirmed with OOo1.0.3, OOo1.1RC3 and OOo1.1RC4 set target to OOo1.1.1 set platform to all set OS to all reassigned to jw set status to new
.
Fixed in CWS sw7pp1neu for spellchecker and thesaurus. Files changed: edlingu.cxx 1.8.120.1 txtedt.cxx 1.45.120.1 viewling.cxx 1.14.84.1
Please check in CWS \\So-cwsserv\cws\so-cwsserv05\sw7pp1neu
Fix verified in CWS sw7pp1. Means, fix will be part of OO 1.1.1.
