When running OOo on a remote X-server there is a 20 seconds delay after pressing
a menu button for the first time. During this period OOo is dead and there
appears to be no extra CPU or disc activity on either machine.

Hi jameslee,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice...

I ran OOo1.1.0 on a remote X-Server.
I didn't get that result.
There was a delay of nearly 1 second and this occured only the first time I
pressed a menu button ...

Please try our newest version and send a new comment if your problem occurs again...
