If you select an entry for an index entry with the keyboard, the index entry
dialog does not update with the correct information. To reproduce:

- select a word in a document (any document)
- Bring up the index dialog, with Insert | Indexes and Tables | Entry
- Now, *with the keyboard* select another portion of text. Nothing happens in
the dialog.
- Select *the same* portion of text with the mouse and the dialog is properly
updated.

It should work whether you use the mouse or the keyboard.

This may be invalid. It looks like it only updates if the mouse is in
the window. So you have to select with the keyboard then move the mous
into the dialog and then the update occurs.

FYI, my mouse focus is set to "follow-mouse", not click.
