How to reproduce (for example): 

1) Menu File -> Autopilot -> Report
2) Select Data Source: Bibliography, Tables or queries: biblio
3) Select Existing fields: Author, press "->" button
4) Press "Next >>" button four times
5) Select Layout: "Outline-Borders"
6) Press "Next >>" button; press "Create" button

The Report is generated, but following the correctly formatted page there is a 
second page with no contents, and "default" formatting.
