The referenced EMF-file is malimported in OO.org 1.1.0 RC3. Imports 
successfully in Microsoft Office 97. Look at the swedish letter 'Ö'.

Yes, I see, the "Ö" does not look good, I will fix that, it seems to
be a little path record problem.

Because of limited resources, this task has to be set to OOo 2.0.
OpenOffice.org does not habe a general problem with EMF files. Out of this
reason this task is not important enough for a product update.
