Impress>insert>graphics>chart.eps produces the error message 'unknown graphics
format' if chart.eps was made with Grace 5.1.12. Chart.eps is viewable in gv and
printable. eps files from other sources are inserted without problems.

Writer>insert>graphics>from_file>chart.eps produces no error message, but
ignores the command.

Grace 5.1.12 has an eps device option 'Tight BBox' which defaults to
on. Turning it off solves the problem.

Would it be possible to attach the original chart.eps for

No need to attach the eps file, see issue 9357.
