When a chart has been selected, the Insert menu on the main menu bar changes (to
one of those available by right-clicking on the chart itself). This is VERY BAD
user interface design: a menu should NEVER change, except to temporarily
gray-out unavailable selections. To do otherwise (as Calc is doing) leads to
user confusion. Since the "new" Insert menu is already available elsewhere,
please remove the modal change to the Insert menu.

Not a bug.

Only the menu entrys for the selected application are shown and this
is intentional and usefull. Doing it this way will not mislead the
user to try a function not availabale to the application and driving
'em nuts.
