This has been happening with great consistency:  After a fairly long 
wordprocessing session (including successful import of a Winword doc file, 
substantial modification and successful saves-to-disk and export-to-PDF, in a 
couple cases), if I then open a browser, especially Opera, the text display is 
either in other than the usual default (serif) typeface, or I get no text 
display at all.  Less often the case (but sometimes) with Mozilla 1.4.  Doesn't 
seem to happen with 1.0.3.

i can not reproduce this here. (OOo1.0.3 + OOo1.1RC3 + RC4)
i work the whole day with the office and i use opera too.

set to WFM

i will not close this yet, if you have this on some win98 pc's please 
fell free to send me some screenshots and some more system 
information. vga-adapter, driver version etc.
