Description Unknown 2003-09-03 22:48:37 UTC
I use Suse 8.2, KDE 3.1, OO1.1.0.

If I shade the stylist in one document, switch to another document and back, stylist is
unshaded by itself! This also happens to other additional tools opened (eg. navigator) in
current dosument.

Confirmed.

Hi, please let developers make a suggestion about the target milestone.
Thanks, Stefan

When I jump to a window, it is the stylelist or the navigator that
has the focus, not the document window. Annoying for me, and
probably the reason that the window is "unshaded".

TM->PL: Please have a look. As far as I know, it´s the window manager
who causes such problems.

reassigning and setting target

this is indeed a glitch in kwin (KDE's window manager). It works as
expected e.g. with metacity. Please note that for this to work you
need a EWMH-spec compliant window manager (e.g. metacity and generally
kwin).
I opened KDE bug 67500 for this so the kwin can be fixed.

Since this is not an OOo issue i'll resolve it as invalid.
