lost ability to move images after playing with Direct Cursor: I can't move the 
images in attached file by mouse drag'n drop anymore.

this problem doesn't occur anymore with this very same file; what 
happened? a restart of the computer.

even a OOo shutdown and restart didn't remove the problem before.

How did it come into existence?

You see an arrangement of images per row: 3,3,2,2. Before it was 
3,2,3,2. I rearranged them and after doing so, they were suddenly all 
locked after enabling the direct cursor. and theer was sth else I 
can't remember now...

free to reopen this issue, if the error occurs again on your system.
