Description firmail 2003-09-01 23:09:15 UTC
If I enter a text into a cell, that is too long and doesn't fit into the cell,
then the normal behaviour is to show the rest of the text in the next cell, if
this cell is empty.

However if the background color of the cell where the text was entered is
changed to "Black" or "Blue" then the text is only shown partly and cut-off at
the border of the cell. All other background colors show the default behaviour
of diplaying the whole text if the next cell is empty.

It looks like a debugging feature not disabled.

Hi,

this is not a bug but an accessibility feature. The textcolor is set
to white if the cell background changes to a dark color.

So this is how it should work and I close this Issue as invalid.

To see that that the text isn't cut, just change the background of the
neighboured cell to a darker one.
