I build with ./configure --with-lang=GER,FREN and these soffice programs are as
expected, but heir setup runs in english. is this a feature or a defect?

confirmed setup is in english

starsuite 7 has gone away but still the setups are in english for fr
and de soffice. i confirm this myself as there is noone else with
linux sparc.

set target for port.

set target to 1.1.2 since not direct product related and severe, may be we find
time to review for 1.1.1

committed set_soenv.in to ooo112fix1, STAR_RESOURCEPATH is removed right now,
please verify.

OK, now with that patch committed in 1.1.2 and there is no STAR_RESOURCEPATH defined

STAR_SSOLARINI=/home/jim/112/solenv/config/ssolar.ini
STAR_STANDLST=/home/jim/112/solenv/config/stand.lst

So the 49 and 33 builds may be installed from the build environment and the
isntaller shows the correct languages. This also fixed 18765 so the starsuite is
not seen.
