Send file as documents/message instead of as attachements

I try using send option in text and calc. I cannot find a way to send the doc, or xls (using Outlook as my default email client) as the message instead of sending it as attachements. The different sending it as message instead of as attachements, recipients can view it directly using outlook, without needed to open the attachements. This function is to make the recipients easier to receive a file: word, excel, etc. After they receive it, they just need to open the email, and can see the content. But if as attachements, we need to Open the file Double click the attachements, or right click OK and open, and sometimes need to wait to open the application.
sometimes people didn't want to send as message, or cannot, because of the recipient cannot open it, ETC. so better if we have option: 1. send as attachements 2. send as message

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements".
Copy document content and paste into message body.
