If you open a tabbed-pane-type dialog, such as a Format Character dialog or a
Modify Style dialog, there is no way to select a pane without a mouse. So, for
example, if i open the Modify Style dialog and the Font pane is selected,
there's no way to switch to the Organizer pane. This makes the accelator keys
much less useful than they could be. This would also seem to be an accessibility
issue.

Works since many years with Ctrl+PageUp/Down.
You even can set the focus in the tab pane with pressing (shift) tab, it's
somewhere in the tab order.
Once reached the tab pane, use Cursor Left/Right.
