Hi Pavel,

Does "finished" mean fully localized including online help? Or UI
resource files only?

Yes, we have translated the help from 1.0.3 which will be used also
for 1.1.0. All UI resources are translated, help is translated,
extras, setup guide, flyer etc. We have not finished QA yet though :-(
