The rowend character of winword tables can have properties attached to it, we
are currently staying inside the table when we reach the end of the row and only
moving into the next row after the row end mark is processed. We should move
outside immediately, after the table if neccessary, while processing the row end
mark properties. Otherwise the following example will be imported incorrectly.
